Mindful Parenting Support

Because your presence matters more than perfection

In a world that often pulls us into busyness and disconnection, mindful parenting is an invitation to come home — to yourself, your child, and the deep wisdom that lives in your relationship.

This work is not about doing more.

It’s about being more — more connected, more conscious, more attuned — not only to your child but to your own inner world as well.

Whether you're in the early years of motherhood or navigating the emotional edges of toddlerhood, school transitions or your own healing, this is a space to find your calm, deepen your confidence, and parent from a place of love, not fear.

What is Mindful Parenting?

Mindful parenting is a grounded, science-supported and heart-centred approach to raising children that focuses on:

  • Emotional attunement and regulation (for both you and your child)

  • Conscious communication and boundaries

  • Understanding your child's developmental needs

  • Navigating tantrums, transitions, and everyday moments with calm and clarity

  • Connecting with your child, not just correcting them

How I work with you:

Currently I offer:

  • 1:1 parent support sessions (online)

  • Custom programs tailored to your family

  • Gentle, practical tools to help you shift your parenting patterns from reactive to responsive

If you’re interested in working together, please fill out the form below.

You’ll hear back from me personally within a few days.

Please note: I am often on call supporting mothers during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. This work is sacred and unpredictable — and it means I occasionally need to reschedule appointments with short notice. Thank you for holding that space with grace and understanding.

SleepTalk® for Children

Helping your child feel safe, seen and secure — even while they sleep.

The Goulding SleepTalk® process is a gentle, effective method that helps you support your child’s emotional wellbeing — all while they’re peacefully asleep.

It empowers you, the parent, to become the most important influence in building your child’s self-esteem, resilience and inner calm.

This isn’t sleep training.

This is heart training.

And it starts with your words.

Who is SleepTalk for?

SleepTalk is for children aged approximately 2–14 years, and it can be especially helpful if your child:

  • Struggles with anxiety, shyness or confidence

  • Has difficulty with sleep, transitions, or separation

  • Displays aggressive or withdrawn behaviour

  • Has a sensitive nervous system or is neurodivergent

  • Has experienced changes like divorce, school start, or new siblings

You don’t need to be a therapist or have any special skills — just a loving desire to help your child thrive.

What's involved?

The process is simple, short and takes just a few minutes a night.

You'll be guided in:

  • Understanding your child’s subconscious mind

  • Creating and using a tailored “SleepTalk Script”

  • Delivering it to your child during sleep (yes, you literally talk to them while they’re sleeping!)

  • Observing shifts and growth week by week

It’s safe, non-invasive and backed by decades of use around the world.

Interested in 1:1 SleepTalk support?

I offer private sessions where I walk alongside you, tailor your child’s script, and provide ongoing guidance and check-ins.

Please fill out the form below to express your interest. I’ll get back to you personally within a few days.

Note: I may be on call for birthing clients at short notice, so thank you for your flexibility if we need to reschedule.

FAQS

What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a process of helping people achieve their goals and create the lives they want. Life coaches work with their clients to identify their values, goals, and challenges. Then, they develop a plan to help their clients achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.

How much does life coaching cost?

The cost of life coaching varies depending on the coach and the services they offer. However, most life coaches offer a free consultation so that you can get to know them and learn more about their services before you commit to working with them.

How do I know if I need a life coach?

If you are feeling lost, unfulfilled, or stuck in a rut, then life coaching may be right for you. Life coaching can also be helpful if you are going through a major life transition, such as a new job, a divorce, or the death of a loved one.
